Almost impossible to get an appointment so eventually you give up.

On this occasion everything was fine. I will say that I believe your receptionists have an extremely difficult job and do it as well as is possible to help patients

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. It was a covid booster which was organised so well in and out in 5 minutes! Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff who put everyone at their ease! Wonderful team work as always billingshurst surgery thank you

I have in the recent past hung on the phone for an hour, trying to get through to make an appointment, by which time all appointments were gone. On this occasion e-consult worked well for me.

The impossible - more doctors, more telephone lines, and an end to this ridiculous rule of ‘ring at 8 o clock’.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. We continuously review and improve our appointment system to ensure we offer the most capacity for our patients.
