Almost impossible to get an appointment so eventually you give up.

On this occasion everything was fine. I will say that I believe your receptionists have an extremely difficult job and do it as well as is possible to help patients

It was a covid booster which was organised so well in and out in 5 minutes! Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff who put everyone at their ease! Wonderful team work as always billingshurst surgery thank you

I have in the recent past hung on the phone for an hour, trying to get through to make an appointment, by which time all appointments were gone. On this occasion e-consult worked well for me.

The impossible - more doctors, more telephone lines, and an end to this ridiculous rule of ‘ring at 8 o clock’.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback. We continuously review and improve our appointment system to ensure we offer the most capacity for our patients.
